Our first priority is the safety and experience of our guests, so we employ a strict no photo/no film policy in our public spaces. This includes our lobbies, restaurants, coffee shops, venues, and public spaces.

Guestroom Amenities:
All rooms are equipped with Sangre de Fruta shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, a flat-screen TV, bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, bathrobe, garment steamer, and an in-room safe.
ADA Compliance:
Woodlark hotel has many ADA compliant rooms. Please call our reservations team or use our website to book one of our ADA compliant rooms.
Our lobby has ADA accessible entrances with ramp access or elevators. Public and shared guest bathrooms are ADA accessible and our fire alarms in rooms and in public spaces are equipped with both flashing lights and audio alerts. Braille signage is featured in our elevators and on floor signage.
Maximum Room Occupancy
The maximum room occupancy is 2 persons per room only. Exceptions are in Double rooms, where no more than 4 people per room are allowed. Cribs and rollaways are complimentary, based on availability.

If your package arrives when you do, we’ll hold it for you in a secure location for up to five days until you arrive, free of charge. Packages must be 20×20 or smaller. If you need to send something larger, have it held for longer than five days, or have multiple packages, we can store them for you for $10 per package per day
Woodlark is happy to accommodate your pets and welcomes dogs of all sizes for a flat rate of $50. If your pet is not a dog, please get in touch with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
House Rules for our Pets:
Pets must always be on a leash or a suitable carrier for their safety and that of everyone around them. The person whose name is on the reservation is responsible for any damage caused by pets or otherwise and the resulting repair, replacement, cleaning, and labor costs as applicable. It’s best to let us inspect the room just prior to your departure to avoid any unexpected charges on your card after you check out.
Some areas, such as our food and beverage areas, are off-limits for pets. Pets cannot be left alone in the room or any part of the hotel and must always be accompanied by their designated human.
The “Pet in Room” sign, which also functions as a Do-Not-Disturb sign, must always be placed on the door handle to remind any staff delivering to or cleaning your room that you have a pet with you.
Any noise disturbances caused to your neighbors as a result of your pet howling or barking, or any other noise they might make constantly, would result in us charging you for the compensation afforded to them.
Valet Parking is available for hotel guests at $55 to $65 per night, or you can find many parking garages in downtown Portland that are within walking distance of the Woodlark Hotel.
Check-in for your stay is at 4 p.m., and check-out is at 11 a.m. If you arrive early or upon check-out, we can hold your bags while you explore or take a stroll in the neighborhood until your room is available. You may always request an early check-in, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our early check-in cost is $20.
Please note that for security purposes, you’ll be asked to provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in. Guests must be 21 or older to book a room.
When you check-in, we’ll place a hold on your credit card for incidentals — like minibar items or taking the blanket home with you — and ask to see your ID. This deposit will be applied to any charges you accumulate up during your stay or refunded at checkout if there are none. If you’d like a late checkout, please let us know, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you. Our late check-out fee is $60.
Woodlark Hotel is smoke free — there is no smoking in any guest room or in public spaces. If a guest smokes inside the hotel, we must charge a fee of $250.00 to your card and appropriate taxes.
To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness for all our guests, a $250 cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required after your stay. This includes but is not limited to, excessive spills or any damage that needs extra attention from our housekeeping team.
Your reservation includes complimentary wireless internet.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Our modification and cancellation terms vary per rate plan booked. Please refer to the reservation policies while you are making your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation. (will need to add a link to “manage your reservation”
Guarantee Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit at the time of booking. A valid state or country issued ID must match the credit card you are using to cover your stay. We cannot accept a credit card under the name of a person not present, unless it has been pre-arranged before arrival. Guest rooms will be held through the night for your arrival; however, in the event you can not make your scheduled stay and are unable to cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy, we’ll charge 1 night room and tax to the credit card used for the reservation.
Refundable reservations will not be charged until time of departure or in the event of a cancellation or no show.
Taxes for reservations in Portland, Oregon are 16% per night.

Early Departure Policy:
If you need to depart early, we’ll be happy to accommodate this change. You can modify your reservation to your new departure date before the cancellation policy on your reservation goes into effect. To request a change in your reservation, please write to us at reservations@woodlarkhotel.com. If your reservation was made with a minimum night policy in place, the full nights will be charged.
