Service Update: Restaurant Closure -
In light of Oregon executive order, all bars and restaurants within the state are closed. We are continuing to offer in-room dining to hotel guests.
We look forward to welcoming you back when we re-open. In the meantime, please be sure to follow the CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19 – wash your hands, avoid close contact with those that are ill, and stay home if sick. You can learn more here.
An honest to goodness “hometown downtown” eatery helmed by Chef Doug Adams, Bullard is a tribute to Adam’s Texas hometown, marrying his southwestern roots with his passion for fine food and the regional bounty of the Pacific Northwest. Adams’ refined yet unpretentious eatery and drinkery serves up an experience that could only happen in Oregon and cherishes the act of slowing down and sharing a meal.
